Frequently Asked Questions

  • If I'm an artist, can I submit to more than one show?Yes, you may submit both 2D and 3D work. Each requires a separate fee, and you may be selected for both shows.
  • I only have one work to submit. Do I still need to pay the fee? Yes. The $25 fee covers 1–3 works, so it still applies to single submissions.
  • I have 4 works to submit, but there’s only space for 3. Can I send one more? Each $25 submission allows up to 3 works. To submit more, please complete a second form with an additional fee.
  • I’m working on new art that won’t be ready until August—how can I submit works in progress? We only accept completed work for submission. However, if invited to exhibit, you may resubmit recent pieces at no extra cost. Consider your submission as a representation of your work, and you’ll have the chance to showcase new pieces once accepted.
  • I don’t have photos of my work—can I show you the pieces in person? We’re only accepting submissions through our online artist application form.
  • My 2D work is on paper and can’t be hung—can I still submit? Yes, you can submit unmounted/unframed work. Ensure the dimensions reflect the paper size, and follow the cropping guidelines. If invited to exhibit, your work must be mounted or framed for display.
  • I submitted my work but can’t pay the fee yet—will my work still be considered? No, all submissions must include the $25 fee to be considered for exhibition.
  • Can I submit digital art? Yes, digital art created with your own devices or software is accepted. If selected, be ready to print and mount your work. A.I. generated works are not allowed at this time.
  • Are there size constraints? Size constraints will be announced soon.
  • Is it possible to show my piece without it being for sale? Sorry, all work must be available for sale.
